WIN Competition: A Revolution of Culture and Technology- 2025

The Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge is a grant competition led by the Aspen Institute and supported by partners, focused on discovering and scaling innovative ideas that improve workplaces and advance gender equity. It invites eligible organizations to propose solutions across three pillars and offers multi-million dollar grants to selected winners to scale their innovations. Awardees are announced in fall 2026 and may participate in an associated summit and ongoing programming to support implementation.

Winning organizations receive multi-million dollar grants, national exposure, inclusion in a searchable database for leaders and funders, and opportunities to participate in exclusive events and ongoing programming.

Lead organizations must be U.S.-based nonprofits with IRS 501(c)(3) status (or fiscally-sponsored projects with such status).

Choose a pillar (Culture & Practices, AI, or Narrative), complete mandatory online registration by December 12, 2025, and submit a detailed proposal through the official portal by January 27, 2026.
