African Youth Biodiversity Summit 2025

The African Youth Biodiversity Summit 2025 is organized to engage African youth in the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. It aims to empower participants with knowledge and tools to contribute to their countries’ biodiversity strategies and policy advocacy. The event brings together young conservationists, students, researchers, and youth leaders from across Africa.

Participants will gain exposure to biodiversity policy and advocacy, networking opportunities with peers and stakeholders, and skills relevant to national biodiversity action plans

Must be aged 18 to 35 by October 2025; Possess a valid passport; Have a strong passion for biodiversity and environmental conservation
