The Google PhD Fellowship Program 2025 is a fully funded opportunity for PhD students worldwide to conduct research in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields. It provides tuition support, a stipend, and mentorship from Google researchers to support doctoral work and research impact.

Eligibility

Students must remain enrolled full-time in a PhD program for the duration of the Fellowship. Google employees and their household members are not eligible. Past awardees from the PhD Fellowship are not eligible. Universities nominate students who meet region-specific eligibility requirements.
