MEL Proposal Consultant Rosters (Corus International) – RFP FY27-1173-USA-765

Corus International is inviting qualified individual consultants to apply for its global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MERL) Proposal Consultant roster under a formal RFP. The roster supports MERL design, writing and related activities for donor proposals across sectors and geographies. Engagements are remote with possible international travel and are issued as level-of-effort contracts during the roster period.

Remote-based consultancy with potential international travel; up to 45 days of engagement during the roster period; opportunity to contribute to donor-funded proposals and MERL work.

Applicants should have an advanced degree and substantial international development MERL experience, with a track record in designing and writing donor proposals and MERL frameworks.
