Young Leaders Conference – United States 2025

MCW Global’s 2025 Young Leaders Conference – United States Edition is an expansion of the Young Leaders Program, aimed at leveraging leadership to address region-specific challenges through networking. The semi-annual conference features speakers and training materials, creating a platform for region-specific discussions worldwide over three days. It is designed for community development practitioners and will be conducted virtually via Zoom for a three-day program.

Access to three days of online sessions on leadership topics, personal and professional development, cross-cultural communication, and related sessions; optional webinars following the main conference; opportunities for networking with educators, development partners and employers.

Young professionals aged 22-27 residing in the United States, who are early-career professionals and are interested in leadership and professional development.

Submit a completed online application by December 15, 2024; applications are evaluated for eligibility and fit.
