Maastricht University NL-High Potential Scholarship 2025-2026

The Maastricht University NL-High Potential Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship programme for international students from outside the EU/EEA who have been admitted to a full master’s programme at Maastricht University. The scholarship provides tuition waiver, living expenses, and additional support such as health insurance and visa assistance. It is comprised of the High Potential Scholarship and the NL Scholarship, funded by Maastricht University and the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.

Tuition fee waiver, living expenses (monthly stipend), health and liability insurance, visa assistance, and Pre-Academic Training costs covered.

Applicants must be non-EU/EEA nationals and meet the admission requirements for a participating full-time master’s programme at Maastricht University for the 2025-2026 academic year; applicants must be under 35 years of age on 1 September 2025 and have a GPA of 7.5/10 or higher in their prior studies.
