ASEAN Reporters Tour 2024

The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Mission to ASEAN announces an open competition for a grant to develop and implement the 2024 ASEAN Reporters Tour for journalists from ASEAN member states. The program aims to build a network among regionally focused journalists and provide information on the U.S.-ASEAN relationship, with emphasis on emerging technologies and the digital economy, while incorporating DEIA principles. The 2024 tour includes travel to the United States and engagement with US-based institutions and experts, with benefits covering travel and accommodation for selected participants.

Airfare, hotels, per diem, and other incidental transportation for the 12 participants; access to travel logistics within the United States; potential accessibility accommodations.

Applications from ASEAN member states can apply to participate in the program.
