The KOICA Scholarship Program 2027 (CIAT) offers fully funded master’s and doctoral degree studies in South Korea for government officials, public sector employees, and development professionals from KOICA partner countries. It covers tuition, living expenses, travel, health insurance, and additional academic and cultural support through Korean universities and KOICA offices. The program aims to develop leadership and capacity for national development.

Eligibility
Citizens of KOICA partner countries who are nominated by their government, public institution, or KOICA office, and who hold a bachelor’s degree for master’s programs or a master’s degree for doctoral programs, with relevant professional experience.
