ASEF Capacity-Building on Gender Equality and Women’s Participation 2026 in China

Applications are open for a three-day, fully funded international training program organized by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) in Kunming, China, focusing on gender equality and women’s participation. The program brings together professionals from Asia and Europe to strengthen gender-responsive governance, women’s leadership, and inclusive development, with practical tools and cross-regional learning. Selected participants will engage in interactive workshops, expert-led sessions, and networking opportunities, and funding covers travel, accommodation, and participation in training activities.

Economy-class round-trip airfare, four nights of accommodation, participation in all training sessions and activities, access to international experts and practitioners, networking opportunities, learning materials and training resources.

Applicants must be citizens of eligible ASEM partner countries and actively involved in policy, advocacy, research, program design, or institutional practice related to gender equality, with working proficiency in English.
