About this opportunity
UTRIP is an immersive six-week summer research programme hosted by the University of Tokyo for undergraduate students from universities outside Japan. Participants conduct full-time research in one of five departments, receive mentorship from leading faculty, participate in cultural activities, and are awarded a certificate at the end of the programme.

Eligibility
Open to undergraduate students who have completed at least one year of study, are enrolled at a university outside Japan, and are majoring in natural sciences or related fields with a goal of pursuing research or graduate studies.
