Professional Fellows Program (PFP) 2026 – Fully Funded Professional Exchange in the USA

The Professional Fellows Program (PFP) is a two-way exchange initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and administered by partners such as World Learning and American Councils for International Education. For Spring 2026, it focuses on Governance & Society and involves mid-career professionals from South and Central Asia participating in a five to six week program in the United States, with a reciprocal exchange component.

Round-trip international travel; accommodation and ground transportation; participation in cultural activities; modest daily stipend; visa support.

Mid-career professionals aged 25–40 with at least two years of experience in governance, policy, public administration, journalism, civic engagement, or innovation.

Applications are submitted online through the official portal; there is no fee. Required documents include a CV, a statement of purpose, and professional references.
