About this opportunity
The Drucker Challenge Essay Contest 2025 invites international submissions in two categories: Student and Professional. Essays must reflect on leadership and transformation, exploring the concept of the 'second curve' and how it applies to personal or organizational change. Winners receive cash prizes and additional benefits including a pass to the Global Peter Drucker Forum in Vienna.

Eligibility
Open to students and professionals from around the world, aged 18 to 35, with one essay allowed per participant in either the Student or Professional category.
How to apply
Submit an essay between 1,500 and 3,000 words in one of two categories (Student or Professional) through the Drucker Challenge submission process.
