UNDP seeks to recruit a Systems Design & Development Economics Analyst for Citra Lab’s next iteration. The role involves driving systems design and development economics initiatives to transform the public sector and support sustainable development in Sri Lanka, including research on development economics and collaboration with government partners.

Eligibility
Education: Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in development studies, development economics, international relations, public policy, governance, or a related area; OR a first-level bachelor’s degree plus two years of qualifying experience. Experience in innovation, management, project coordination, and multi-stakeholder collaboration is preferred; fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil with English is required.
