IHE Delft Sahel, Middle East and Horn of Africa Scholarships 2026

The IHE Delft Water and Development Partnership Programme offers scholarships for the MSc Programme in Water and Sustainable Development. Scholarships are available for students from the Sahel, Middle East, and Horn of Africa regions who will conduct their MSc research in their home country/region and participate in the programme's learning-network seminars. The initiative aims to strengthen capacity and networks in the water sector in the focus countries.

Tuition, insurance, international travel, living and accommodation allowance; opportunity to conduct MSc research in the home country/region and participate in programme seminars.

Academic admission to the MSc Programme in Water and Sustainable Development and living or working in one of the eligible countries; must conduct MSc research in the home country/region and participate in programme seminars; must obtain an employer letter as part of the admission process.

Applicants must apply for and be admitted to the MSc Programme; follow the standard admission and scholarship selection process through the programme.
