European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) Traineeships

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) Traineeships offer hands-on experience in policymaking at a European Union advisory body. They are available to university students and graduates and provide practical exposure to the Committee’s advisory and administrative tasks, with a focus on EU policymaking and civil society involvement. The programme includes long-term and short-term traineeships with a structured opportunity to gain professional experience in a multicultural setting at the EESC's Brussels headquarters.

Monthly grant for long-term trainees; travel allowance under certain conditions; accident insurance; paid leave allowances.

Open to university students and graduates who meet the language requirements and residence/permit conditions.

Submit applications during the designated long-term periods; short-term traineeships have no fixed deadline but require planning ahead.
