UNFPA Ghana Youth Leaders (YoLe) Fellowship Programme 2026 – Cohort 8

The YoLe Fellowship is a one-year programme designed to empower young people to be ethically driven transformational leaders. It offers participants professional and career development in leadership across sectors, with access to one-on-one mentorship and an internship with UN agencies, CSOs/NGOs, or public and private institutions. Fellows receive rigorous training and capacity-building in leadership, public speaking, research, entrepreneurship, networking, and exposure to UN systems and diplomacy.

Mentorship and coaching from high-level professionals, capacity-building activities in leadership and public speaking, mandatory internship with UN agencies or partner organizations, exposure to UN and diplomacy, and opportunities for professional development and networking.

Youth aged 18–30 years, resident in Ghana, with qualifications from accredited tertiary institutions, proficient in English, and capable of committing to the full one-year on-site programme.
