Information

The YoLe Fellowship is a one-year programme designed to empower young people to be ethically driven transformational leaders. It offers participants professional and career development in leadership across sectors, with access to one-on-one mentorship and an internship with UN agencies, CSOs/NGOs, or public and private institutions. Fellows receive rigorous training and capacity-building in leadership, public speaking, research, entrepreneurship, networking, and exposure to UN systems and diplomacy.

Eligibility

Youth aged 18–30 years, resident in Ghana, with qualifications from accredited tertiary institutions, proficient in English, and capable of committing to the full one-year on-site programme.
