The Shell Daystar Women in Power Training (WIPT) Programme is a one-year, hands-on professional training initiative for female graduates in Electrical Engineering. It aims to bridge the gap between academic study and industry practice and prepares participants for leadership roles in the renewable energy sector through practical solar installation experience, mentorship, and project management training.

Eligibility
