Nestlé Technical Training Program

The Nestlé Technical Training Program is an 18-month intensive hands-on career training programme organized by Nestlé Nigeria in partnership with the Swiss Confederation. It equips young Nigerian graduates with practical engineering skills to bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world technical applications in the food manufacturing sector.

Applicants must have an OND in Engineering (minimum lower credit), at least four SSCE credits including English, mathematics, physics, and one other science subject (max two sittings), be computer literate, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
