Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) Fellowship Programme 2026

The LJLA Fellowship Programme is a fully funded, twelve-month leadership development programme designed to nurture Nigeria’s next generation of ethical and impact-driven leaders. It provides young Nigerians with exposure to public governance, practical leadership experience, strategic learning, and a supportive community that accelerates personal and professional growth. The fellowship is full-time and merit-based, offering experiences in leadership curriculum, mentorship, and shadowing government professionals.

Be Nigerian; have at least two years of experience; be between 25 and 35 years old; hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND); have a valid NYSC certificate or exemption certificate; Lagos State public sector applicants must be within grade level 8-12.
