TGI Graduate Trainee Program

The TGI Graduate Trainee Program is a structured, time-limited training initiative for recent Nigerian graduates to gain hands-on experience across core business functions, with a path to permanent employment. Trainees undergo induction and rotational assignments in a multinational FMCG environment, receiving structured training and exposure to sales and commercial operations.

Monthly salary plus allowances, health coverage, full-time employment from day one, structured training, and career progression.

Applicants must be Nigerian graduates with 0–2 years post-NYSC experience, hold relevant degrees, and be not older than 27 years.
