Mastercard Foundation Associates Program 2026

The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program connects talented young people with 12-month internships across Africa. The program provides mentorship, leadership training, employability and entrepreneurship skill-building, and career transition support. It is a paid internship with a monthly stipend, offering hands-on professional experience and opportunities to join a network of Associates across multiple countries.
