ALF Euro-Mediterranean Young Professionals Programme 2026/2027 in Egypt

The ALF Euro-Mediterranean Young Professionals Programme is a full-time professional fellowship for young graduates from the Euro-Mediterranean region. It offers up to 11 months of professional work at the ALF Secretariat in Alexandria, focusing on intercultural dialogue, youth inclusion, and civil society engagement. The programme assigns fellows to a field such as Civil Society, Public Policies, Corporate Communication, or Operations & Coordination, and provides a multicultural work experience in Egypt.

Up to 11 months of professional experience at the ALF Secretariat; multicultural, multilingual environment; practical skills in intercultural dialogue and civil society engagement; opportunity to build a professional network across the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Applicants must be nationals of one of the 44 UfM countries, under 30 at the start date, and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with good English proficiency.
