Malta Government Endeavour II Scholarships Scheme 2026/2027 for International Students

The Endeavour II Scholarships Scheme is a fully funded Malta Government scholarship supporting postgraduate education at MQF Level 7 (Master’s) and Level 8 (PhD). It aims to strengthen Malta’s labour market by supporting international and Maltese students to pursue advanced studies in priority sectors, with terms including tuition coverage, living stipend, and study-related expenses. The scholarship is awarded to applicants based on academic merit and alignment with Malta’s priority sectors, with selection including an interview.

Tuition fees covered; living stipend; technical and study-related expenses; Study Abroad Allowance for eligible programmes.
