The Huduma Fellowship is a leadership development program aimed at cultivating exceptional public servants in Uganda. It offers intensive leadership seminars, mentorship from public sector leaders, networking opportunities, and practical tools for driving institutional change, including study tours and capstone projects. The program targets early to mid-career public service professionals in Uganda and includes structured knowledge exchange among fellows and alumni.

Eligibility
