The Blue Grant Scholarship is a fully funded graduate-level opportunity for professionals from South Sudan, Somalia, and Djibouti. It aims to strengthen blue economy leadership in areas such as fisheries management, marine governance, and coastal policy, with Scholars taking up graduate studies at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada. The program is part of the BE-Prosper initiative and includes collaboration with IGAD to select candidates and support their training.

Eligibility
