Information

The CorpsAfrica Volunteer Program 2026 offers Ghanaian nationals the chance to live and work in rural, underserved communities, supporting small-scale, high-impact projects identified by local people. The program includes one month of pre-service training followed by ten months of service, with potential for extension. Participants receive a modest living allowance, health insurance, travel funds for official duties, and an end-of-service readjustment allowance, along with a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.

Eligibility

Be a citizen of Ghana, be 21 years of age or older at the start of service, possess a university degree or equivalent experience, be willing to serve for the full duration in rural communities, have no disqualifying criminal activity or conflicts of interest, and understand that volunteerism is voluntary and not for financial gain.
