Kyoto World Water Grand Prize 2027

The Kyoto World Water Grand Prize recognizes outstanding, practical, and community-driven initiatives that address water-related challenges and contribute to sustainable water management, particularly in developing regions. The prize is co-organized by Kyoto City and the World Water Council (WWC) and includes a monetary award. The prize will be conferred at an award ceremony in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in conjunction with the 11th World Water Forum in March 2027.

Open to non-profit, non-governmental, and locally led organizations based in a developing country.
