Counter Extremism Group (CEG) Young Leaders in National Security Fellowship 2026

The Counter Extremism Group (CEG) Young Leaders in National Security Fellowship 2026 aims to identify, nurture, and guide young people interested in counter-terrorism and counter-extremism issues in the UK. The fellowship is a free, week-long course headed by Lord Carlile of Berriew, providing access to a range of experts and decision-makers. Participants gain insights into terrorism, extremism, policy development, and national security topics, with opportunities to engage and contribute.

Free course; travel costs within the UK covered; six nights accommodation; small daily per diem; access to a leading range of experts and decision-makers.

Open to young people serious about pursuing a future in national security, including students, recent graduates, or those in the early years of professional life, from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines.
