Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP) Scholarships

The Ocean Country Partnership Programme Scholarships offer fully funded postgraduate study (Master’s and in some cases PhD) in marine science, hosted by partner universities. The program aims to strengthen marine environmental research capacity in eligible countries and covers areas such as marine pollution, sustainable seafood systems, and biodiversity conservation.

Full tuition fees, monthly living allowance, research support grant (fieldwork, materials, academic needs); disability-related and maternity provisions may be provided case-by-case

Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, meet postgraduate admission requirements of the chosen host university, be from an eligible OCPP partner country, and demonstrate interest in marine science research areas.
