The GELA Prestigious Global Mentorship Programme 2026 identifies, trains, mentors, and deploys leaders into politics, business, and civil service. It targets youths aged under 35 and offers a 3-month curriculum-based learning with certification, along with internship/job placement and virtual international exposure.

Eligibility
