Kenneth Denbigh Scholarship

The Kenneth Denbigh Scholarship is a merit-based postgraduate scholarship offered by the University of Edinburgh’s School of Engineering to support academically strong students enrolling in the MSc Advanced Chemical Engineering programme for 2026–2027. The award provides a monetary stipend and access to training and development opportunities within the postgraduate community. It is tenable for one academic year and is intended for candidates commencing the MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering in 2026–2027.

£1,000 stipend; access to training and professional development opportunities; recognition as a merit-based scholar within the School of Engineering.

Applicants must be of any nationality, secure admission to the MSc Advanced Chemical Engineering programme for 2026–2027, apply for full-time study, hold or expect to obtain a UK First Class or 2:1 Honours degree (or international equivalent), and demonstrate academic merit and potential benefit from the scholarship.
