Maryland’s Public Service Scholars (MPSS) Fellowship Programs 2026 at UMBC

The Maryland Public Service Scholars (MPSS) Fellowship Programs at UMBC offer students hands-on leadership development and practical experience in public service through paid internships and seminars across three tracks. Fellows intern full-time at Maryland government agencies or nonprofit organizations and participate in weekly professional development seminars and capstone projects. The program is organized by the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and targets students interested in government or nonprofit careers.
