LSHTM First Generation Scholarship 2026/27 (Distance Learning MSc)

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) offers the First Generation Scholarship for distance learning MSc programs. It provides full tuition coverage for students from historically underrepresented backgrounds who have been admitted to one of LSHTM’s distance learning MSc programs. The scholarship is remote/online and aims to widen participation in higher education.

Applicants must hold an offer of admission for one of LSHTM’s distance learning MSc programs for the 2025-26 academic year and be the first in their family to enter higher education; they must not already have a master’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Apply for an eligible MSc program via LSHTM’s distance learning application process and submit required documents by the deadline; selected applicants will be invited to submit a supplementary form, with successful applicants notified by a given date.
