Teach for Nigeria Fellowship 2026

The Teach for Nigeria Fellowship is a two-year full-time paid placement in which graduates and young professionals teach in Nigeria’s underserved schools in low-income communities. The program provides intensive teacher training, leadership development, and a pathway to ongoing leadership roles in education and related fields. Fellows receive a stipend for two years and participate in a structured training and mentorship program.

Stipend for two years, extensive leadership development training, intensive teacher training leading to a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, real responsibility from day one, job and internship opportunities during and after the Fellowship, access to a global network, mentoring program.

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; Nigerian nationality; minimum second-class lower (2:2); complete NYSC on or before July 2026; age not more than 35 at the time of application.

The application process consists of three stages: Stage 1 – online application; Stage 2 – online test; Stage 3 – assessment center with teaching demonstration, group activity, and interview.
