Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) runs the Future Leaders Accelerated Program (FLAP), a 15-month graduate development programme designed to train the next generation of leaders with hands-on technical and leadership training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business challenges within FMN. The programme targets young Nigerians and offers a structured learning path with multiple training areas across the company.

Applicants must hold a first degree (minimum 2:1) or HND upper credit, have completed NYSC with 0–2 years post-NYSC work experience, and be not more than 27 years old.
