Oregon State University International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Scholarships

Oregon State University offers scholarships to international students in exchange for cultural service to OSU and the local community. The ICSP aims to increase cultural awareness and understanding in the region and state of Oregon. Selected ICSP students receive a partial tuition-waiver scholarship and must complete a minimum amount of cultural service each year.

Partial tuition waiver; cultural service opportunities (80 hours per year) in exchange for service to the campus and community.

International students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit may apply for the ICSP scholarship; scholarships are available to undergraduate and master’s level applicants admitted to the university.
