AAAS-TWAS Course on Science Diplomacy 2026 for Developing Countries

The AAAS-TWAS course on science diplomacy will be held 20-23 July 2026 in Trieste, Italy. It exposes participants to key contemporary international policy issues relating to science, technology, environment and health, and covers how technical information contributes to policy developments and international governance. The course is aimed at young scientists, policymakers, researchers, and NGO representatives from developing countries and includes allocations for travel, accommodation and visa expenses for selected participants.

Open to young scientists (below 40) living and working in developing countries, plus policymakers, diplomats, research administrators and NGO representatives from developing countries.
