Dovetail Acceleration Program 2026

Applications are open for the Dovetail Acceleration Program 2026. The program invests in early-stage, locally-led African organizations, pairing unrestricted funding with structured coaching and capacity support to strengthen foundations for long-term growth. It offers two tracks, Catalyst (1-year) and Ascent (2-year), focused on clarity, systems, leadership capacity, and funder readiness.

African organizations in the nonprofit life cycle, typically with budgets under $500,000, that have a clearly defined mission, early traction, and are prepared to engage fully in coaching, deliverables, and peer learning.

An open call for eligible organizations is followed by a first-round written application, a limited number of second-round materials, a brief interview, and final cohort selections.
