ICP Connect Scholarship 2026 – Master of Transportation Sciences (Hasselt University)

The ICP Connect Scholarship funds a fully funded Master of Transportation Sciences – Road Safety in Low & Middle Income Countries at Hasselt University, Belgium. It targets exceptional students from developing countries and covers the full two-year programme, including tuition, travel, accommodation, living costs, health insurance, and related academic expenses. Ten scholarships are awarded each year to top applicants from eligible developing countries.

Full funding for the two-year Master of Transportation Sciences, including tuition, travel, living costs, accommodation, and health insurance.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and be nationals and residents of VLIR-UOS eligible countries; applicants must be under 35 years old as of January 1, 2026, and demonstrate English proficiency.
