GBfoods Africa Graduate Trainee Program 2026

GBfoods Africa is offering a structured 24-month Graduate Trainee Program designed to equip recent graduates with hands-on experience, professional training, mentorship, and exposure across GBfoods’ African operations. The program provides a structured start to a career in a multinational food business environment, with training, rotations, and cross-functional exposure. The program takes place in Accra, Ghana, with exposure across GBfoods Africa operations and is open to graduates from eligible engineering disciplines.

Recent graduates who completed their degree in 2023, 2024, or 2025 and are citizens of Ghana, Nigeria, or Algeria; proficiency in English; strong academic record.
