Adelaide University Research Scholarships (AURS) and Research Training Program Scholarships (RTPS) 2025/2026

The University of Adelaide is offering fully funded scholarships for international researchers for the 2025–2026 academic year. The awards cover full tuition, living expenses, and travel allowances and support PhD and master’s candidates across all disciplines, including data science, agriculture, medicine, climate research, engineering, and the creative arts.

Full tuition waiver; annual stipend; relocation allowance; OSHC for international students; research travel grants; internship opportunities; potential special funding for Indigenous applicants.

Domestic and international students may apply; scholarships are available to PhD and Master of Philosophy candidates across all disciplines, with round-specific eligibility for allied partner nations in some cohorts.

For Merit Round: submit a full application via the Apply for a Research Degree portal; for Project Round: select a listed project and submit an Expression of Interest to the project supervisor by 3 November 2025 and, if shortlisted, a full application by 12 December 2025; for Cohort Round: express interest in the advertised theme area by the deadline.
