McCain Institute Junior Fellowship Program 2026

Applications are open for the McCain Institute Junior Fellowship Program 2026. The program is designed for undergraduate and graduate students to develop expertise and contribute to McCain Institute programming, with opportunities to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders in democracy and human rights. Participants gain experience in program design and management and build connections within foreign policy and international development fields, while receiving a stipend.

Open to students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in the United States, with demonstrated commitment to the Institute's mission and the ability to pass a background check.
