The Youth Facing Disinformation – Why Journalists Matter 2026 is an event that combines a high-level conference with thematic workshops on disinformation, media literacy, journalist safety and youth engagement. It brings together selected grantees, young participants, journalists, media creators, policymakers and experts to defend freedom of expression and information integrity. Eligibility

Apply to participate in the Strasbourg event during 6 July – 1 September 2026; a separate grant application is available for youth-led projects seeking funding.
