NDDC Local Post-Graduate (Master’s Degree) Scholarships 2025/2026 for Nigerians

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Post-Graduate Scholarship Programme provides fully funded support for Nigerian students from the Niger Delta region to pursue Master’s degrees locally or abroad, aligned with the Local Content initiative. It covers full tuition, accommodation, living expenses, and travel costs where applicable, for eligible disciplines in fields such as engineering, environmental sciences, information technology and related areas.

Full tuition, accommodation allowance, living expenses, travel costs where applicable, and study/research support.

Applicants must be indigenes of the Niger Delta Region, be 40 years old or younger, and hold a first-class, second-class upper, or lower division bachelor’s degree, or an HND (upper credit) plus a PGD.
