University of Oxford Global UK Rhodes Scholarship 2025 (Global)

The Rhodes Global Scholarship provides fully funded study at the University of Oxford for exceptional students from around the world. It includes a full tuition waiver, an annual living stipend, health insurance, settling-in allowance, visa costs, and two economy-class flights to and from the UK. The program is open to applicants not eligible for existing Rhodes constituencies and targets postgraduate study at Oxford.

Applicants not eligible for existing Rhodes constituencies; aged 18–24 as of 1 October 2025; hold a First Class Honours or equivalent; demonstrated leadership, commitment to service, and academic excellence; high English proficiency; must secure nomination from their university and receive eligibility approval from Rhodes House.
