Ailie Donald Masters Scholarship

The Ailie Donald Scholarship supports postgraduate Master’s study in English and/or Historical Linguistics at the University of Edinburgh. It covers the UK tuition fee level for MSc study during the 2025–2026 academic year and is awarded on academic merit to eligible applicants who have been admitted to an eligible MSc program. The scholarship aims to support energetic postgraduate students who actively engage with the university community by presenting their work during the award period.

UK tuition fee coverage for the MSc program; one-year duration.

Applicants must be admitted to one of the eligible MSc programs within the School of Philosophy, Psychology & Language Sciences and hold a First Class Honours degree or the international equivalent. Preference will be given to MSc by Research applicants and University of Edinburgh graduates.

Applications are submitted through the university’s online system (EUCLID) via the MyEd portal.
