Photo Contest: Gender and Climate Change through Civic Eyes

The Gender Budget Watchdog Network (GBWN) is launching a photo competition as part of the conference “Going Glocal 2.0: Sustainable Gender-Responsive Futures” focused on Gender-Responsive Budgeting and Climate Action Monitoring. The contest invites photographers to explore gender and climate change and aims to have selected works exhibited during the conference and featured on GBWN’s platforms. The winner will be recognized and participate in the conference.

Participation at the conference and a recognition prize; selected works will be exhibited and featured on GBWN’s platforms.

Open to individuals and groups from Western Balkans, Moldova, and other CEI countries; artists, CSO activists, students, and community groups are welcome to apply.

Submit one original photo (JPEG/PNG, high resolution) with a short artist statement (max 150 words) by 20 November 2025 to gbwn@crpm.org.mk; include brief information about the creator and a description of the work.
