GFDRR-World Bank Risk Data Fellows 2025–26: Empowering Climate-Risk Data Innovators

The World Bank / GFDRR Risk Data Fellows Program 2025–2026 invites early-career professionals to a six-month placement as part-time Short-Term Consultants with the GFDRR Digital Earth team. Fellows work remotely with mission travel to World Bank projects, gaining training and practical experience in climate and disaster risk data using the Risk Data Library standards.

Fully funded six-month placement, remote work with potential travel, training and mentorship, practical experience with Risk Data Library tools and platforms, potential contract extension for top performers.

Open to early-career professionals such as data scientists, geospatial analysts, and climate/disaster-risk specialists from Fragile and Conflict-Affected countries, specifically citizens or residents of listed FCV countries across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
