POLICY ANSWERS Call for Participation: Western Balkans Research & Innovation Youth Awards

The Western Balkans Research & Innovation (R&I) Youth Awards recognize youth-focused initiatives that involve young people in research and innovation in the Western Balkans. The awards are organized under the Horizon Europe-funded POLICY ANSWERS project and include a live pitching event in which winners are selected. Twelve initiatives will be chosen, with six regional winners and one grand winner, focusing on STEM, digital and green technologies, entrepreneurship, and creative sectors.

Prize money, travel and accommodation coverage for two team members, regional recognition, and networking opportunities.

Open to legally established organizations based in or focused on the Western Balkans; initiatives must be youth-focused and involve individuals aged 15-29, with activities implemented between 2020 and 2024.
