The Arthur C. Helton Fellowship Program provides financial micro-grants of $2,000 to law students and new professionals to pursue field work and research related to international law, human rights, and humanitarian affairs. Fellows undertake their projects in association with an established educational institution, international organization, governmental agency, or NGO. The program aims to support early-career individuals working on issues involving international law and human rights, including refugee rights and humanitarian law.
